Future Ready Teacher Residency, a program of Future Ready Cleveland, LLC ("FRC," "we," "us," or "our")
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Future Ready Teacher Residency website, including any password-protected candidate resource pages (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Future Ready Cleveland, LLC. By accessing or using the Site, applying to the program, or accessing the candidate resource page, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Notice, which describes how we collect and use your personal information.
The Site provides information about the Future Ready Teacher Residency program, a teacher preparation and apprenticeship pathway operated in partnership with Lake Erie College, BloomBoard, Urban Community School (UCS), Partnership Schools, and participating Cleveland-area school districts (collectively, "Program Partners"). The Site also hosts a password-protected resource page for current cohort candidates ("Candidate Portal") containing program documents, contact information, and platform links.
FRC coordinates the overall program but does not independently control the academic requirements, certification standards, financial aid processes, or employment decisions of its Program Partners, each of which operates under its own policies and terms.
To apply to the Program, you must meet the minimum eligibility requirements published on the Site (including, where applicable, a high school diploma or equivalent, background check clearance, work authorization in the United States, and a full-time position with a participating school). Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program, placement with a school, or completion of the Program.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in any application or form submitted through the Site, and to promptly update that information if it changes.
The Site may reference program statistics, including candidate completion rates, job placement rates, and estimated earnings (such as figures describing historical outcomes for past participants). These figures are historical, aggregate, and/or estimated in nature. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, promise, or warranty of any individual candidate's results, including but not limited to admission, completion, certification, employment, salary, or career advancement. Individual outcomes vary based on factors outside FRC's control, including academic performance, school hiring decisions, and licensure requirements set by the State of Ohio, Lake Erie College, or other third parties.
Access to the Candidate Portal is limited to individuals currently enrolled in or accepted into a Future Ready Teacher Residency cohort. If you are provided a password or other access credential:
FRC reserves the right to revoke Candidate Portal access at any time, including upon a candidate's withdrawal from or completion of the Program.
The Site and Candidate Portal link to platforms and services operated by third parties, including but not limited to Lake Erie College, BloomBoard, and GiveButter. Your use of those platforms is governed by the applicable third party's own terms of use and privacy policy, not by these Terms. FRC is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party platform, and any issues with those platforms should be directed to the third party or to the appropriate contact listed on the Candidate Portal.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, program materials, and documents made available through the Candidate Portal (such as program guides, checklists, and PDFs), is the property of FRC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your participation in the Program. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content for any other purpose without FRC's prior written consent.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FRC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, OR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY A PROGRAM PARTNER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS REGARDING ADMISSION, CERTIFICATION, FINANCIAL AID, OR EMPLOYMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
FRC may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
